Data automation and reporting
We connect the tools you already use and let the reports build themselves. Between USD 3,000 and 10,000 depending on how many sources there are and how often they refresh. The test for whether this is for you is simple: if someone on your team copies data by hand every week, this pays for itself.
What it costs
USD 3,000 to 10,000.
How many sources must be connected, how often they refresh and how much cleaning the data needs.
What's included
- A map of where each piece of data lives today and who touches it, which almost always surfaces duplicates.
- Connectors to the tools you already use, without forcing you to change systems.
- Transformation and cleaning, with the rules written down and reviewable, not buried in a script.
- Automated reports by email or on a dashboard, at whatever hour suits you.
- Alerts when a number goes out of range, which is the moment the data actually matters.
- A run log, so you know when something failed and why, instead of finding out late.
When this is NOT what you need
- If all your data lives in one system that already produces the reports you need, use it and save the money.
- If the real problem is that nobody reads the reports, automating them does not fix it.
How we work
Discovery
We understand the problem, define scope and risks, and hand you a clickable prototype.
Design and architecture
Interface, data model and integrations defined before the first line of code.
Build
Weekly deliveries with a demo. First usable version from week two.
Launch and support
Production release, monitoring and continuous improvement with the same team.
What backs this up
Covenant, our trading-strategy modelling lab, is exactly this taken to an extreme: market data pipelines, reproducible transformations and automated reports.
Frequently asked questions
Which tools can you connect?
Any tool with an interface or a data export, which today is nearly all of them. During discovery we review your specific list before committing to anything.
What happens when a source changes and breaks it?
An alert fires and it is written to the log. An unattended automated process is worse than manual work, because it fails silently and nobody notices for weeks.
Do I need my own database?
Not always. If your sources are already in order, connecting them is sometimes enough. If not, setting up one place where the clean data lives is usually the part that pays off most.
How long does it take?
Three to eight weeks. The first automated report, with a single source, is usually running in week one.
Does this fit what you need?
Write to us with two lines about the problem. We reply within 48 hours with a first assessment, no strings attached.
