How long until it is running?
One to three weeks depending on the volume of documents and the channels. A first version answering real questions is usually ready within the first week.
What happens when the agent does not know something?
It says so and hands the conversation to a person. We prefer an agent that admits its limits to one that improvises, because an invented answer to a customer costs more than no answer.
Where do my customers’ conversations live?
In the platform, tied to your account. You can export them and you can ask for them to be deleted. The legal notice on this site explains the handling.
Can I start without paying a subscription?
Yes. The SmoothiePlace free plan covers 3 agents and 200 conversations a month. If your volume grows, the Pro plan is USD 19.99 a month.
